Dr. Molly Massih, MD, QME
Dr. Molly Massih graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science with major in Biology and minor in Chemistry. She then traveled abroad and obtained her medical degree from American University in Plymouth, Montserrat. She went on to perform her clinical training in London, England and Los Angeles, California. Dr. Massih has been a Clinical Research Assistant in the Department of Psychiatry at Stanford University. Her internship was at the Medical University of South Carolina in the combined fields of Internal Medicine, Neurology and Psychiatry. She performed her residency at UCLA/WLAVA in Los Angeles. During her residency she also participated in a research study with Spinal Cord Injury patients and their chronic, long term problems. As a physiatrist and special interest in pain management, she ensures that psychological, social and behavioral factors are not ignored. Dr. Massih is currently board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a Qualified Medical Evaluator. She specifically concentrates on treating spine conditions and musculoskeletal and sport injuries. Her practice also includes electrodiagnostic studies such as EMG and NCS in relation to spine injuries or sport injuries involving major joints, muscles and nerves in the body. She belongs to the California Society of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, American Iranian Medical Association, and American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Massih is fluent in Farsi.
