Force Majeure

Injury Institute shall not be liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, labor disputes, strikes, shortages of materials or energy, pandemics, public health emergencies, cyberattacks, telecommunications or internet failures, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other similar events ("Force Majeure Events"). If a Force Majeure Event occurs, Injury Institute's obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event and to the extent impacted.
