Dr. Richard Penman II, DDS

Dr. Richard Penman is our Pediatric Dentist. He is a graduate from the Loma Linda University Dental School and continued at Loma Linda to receive his Pediatric Dentistry Certificate. Dr. Penman is an energetic and outgoing person who truly enjoys working with children. Dr. Penman is certified for Pediatric Oral Sedation. Dr. Penman has three children which he believes help him with the occasional challenges of working with kids.
