Dr. Jason Kajbaf, DO

Dr. Jason Kajbaf is double board-certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Dr. Kajbaf earned his medical degree from Western University of Health Sciences and completed a Medicine Internship at UC Riverside. He then pursued his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at UCLA, where he was invited to remain for an additional year to complete a fellowship in Interventional Spine & Pain Medicine. Throughout his training, Dr. Kajbaf developed a deep passion for treating musculoskeletal, spine, and chronic pain conditions. He is dedicated to providing individualized care, offering the full spectrum of treatment options—from conservative and rehabilitative therapies to interventional and minimally invasive procedures—tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Kajbaf enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and cheering on all Los Angeles sports teams.
