Dr. Joseph A. Baratta, DC

Dr. Joseph Baratta, or “Dr. B.,” as his patients fondly refer to him, is one of the longest practicing chiropractors in the East Bay. For more than 30 years he has been helping patients of all ages live healthier, pain-free lives through his gentle therapeautic care, and is known for his compassionate and sincere bedside manner. After so many years in practice, Dr. B. now has literally thousands of loyal patients who regularly recommend him to their family, friends and co-workers, making Shadelands Chiropratic in Walnut Creek mostly a referrral-based practice. Dr. Baratta graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College (Kansas City) in 1983. Dr. Baratta takes pride in his gentle approach to care. He utilizes various forms of massage and therapy in addition to whatever therapies are necessary to relax the patient prior to the gentle form of manipulation he uses.
