Dr. Siwek earned his medical degree from New York Medical College and completed his residency and fellowship at the prestigious Mayo Clinic. Complementing his medical training, he also holds a Master’s of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, equipping him with a unique blend of clinical and strategic insight. As the founder of The Pain Center of Arizona in 2002, Dr. Siwek has been a pioneer in delivering innovative, comprehensive solutions for chronic pain. Under his leadership, The Pain Center has grown to thirteen locations across Arizona, transforming countless lives through advanced care.
