Dr. Sean Satey is a board-certified general and fellowship-trained cosmetic surgeon based in Los Angeles, California. He currently serves as the 2026 President of the California Academy of Cosmetic Surgery and specializes in the evaluation and treatment of traumatic scars, soft tissue injuries, burns, dog bites, implant-related concerns, scar management and revision, contour deformities, abdominal wall conditions, hernias, and other functional or aesthetic conditions resulting from accidents and injuries.

Dr. Satey works closely with personal injury patients and attorneys to provide comprehensive medical evaluations, treatment recommendations, and, when appropriate, surgical and non-surgical treatment options. His combined training in general surgery and cosmetic surgery allows him to evaluate both the functional and aesthetic consequences of an injury, including scarring, disfigurement, soft tissue damage, abdominal wall abnormalities, and the potential need for future medical or surgical care.
