Dr. Serina Hoover, PsyD, ABPP, QME, CBIS, CIC

PAC founder, Serina Hoover, PsyD, ABPP, QME, CBIS, CIC, is a national award-winning psychologist with extensive training in medical rehabilitation, clinical neuropsychology, and forensic evaluations. Her current titles include: -Current President of Rehabilitation Psychology (APA Division 22) -Board Certified in Rehabilitation Psychology (American Board of Professional Psychology) -Board of Trustees Representative (American Board of Professional Psychology) -Qualified Medical Evaluator (State of California) -Certified Brain Injury Specialist As the Director of the Comprehensive Brain Injury Program at the nationally acclaimed Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, she supervises both clinical and research teams. Dr. Hoover is actively involved in training and mentorship, providing supervision and consultation to students, residents, psychiatry fellows, and other psychologists. In 2023, Dr. Hoover received the National Mentorship Award from Division 22 of the American Psychological Association. She holds numerous local and national leadership positions and has lectured worldwide to medical and legal professionals on topics related to trauma, neuropsychology, brain injury, and professional development. She served as the past President of the American Board of Rehabilitation Psychology.
